When water leaks from each part of product

Please stop water supply by turning and fasten the raw water valve and flow water in purifier by using purifying valve installed in the main body of purifier, and please call our A/S center.
When water is not flowing

Please check if the tap water is stopped.
Please check if the some part of hose is folded.
Please check if the raw water control valve is locked.
Please check if water leaks in some part of purifier.
Please check if the filter is clogged because of the overuse or missing the time to replace.
When it is inconvenient with smaller amount of water flow than usual.

Please check if filter is clogged because of the overuse or missing the time to replace.

Please check if the some part of hose is folded.

Please check if the water pressure of tap water is less than usual.

Please check if water leaks in some part of purifie
When you feel the taste of water differently

As it is because of the mineral that is not harmful, please use the water after letting flow 1 or 2 cup of water. 

 

Please use after letting flow about during about 5 minutes in the morning. 

 

Please check if the filter capacity is out because of the overuse.

 

Please check if the filter exchange time is passed.
